Ed Berman is a Graduate of the University of Baltimore where he earned an undergraduate degree in Accounting and a Master’s degree in Business Administration. In addition, he successfully passed the Certified Public Accountant Exam.
Ed worked in public accounting for five years with Naron & Wagner, Chtd and the Reznick Group. It was during this time he gained extensive experience in General Accounting, Auditing, Financial Reporting and Tax. Subsequent to his career in public accounting, he entered the professional placement industry with Sudina Search, Inc. of Timonium, Maryland as a Recruiter specializing in the placement of Accounting and Finance professionals. During Ed’s twenty years with Sudina Search, he was consistently the top producer within the firm. Due to Ed’s expertise in the Accounting and Finance market, he was frequently asked to speak to Finance Associations, counseling them on career development, networking and securing positions in the marketplace. In March 2010, Ed left Sudina Search and founded Mid-Atlantic Recruiters.
Ed is married with one daughter and lives in Reisterstown, Maryland. He is an avid supporter of the Brigance Brigade Foundation whose mission is to equip, encourage and empower people living with ALS. In his spare time he enjoys spending time with his family, playing golf and attending Ravens games.

Lee Ann is a graduate of University of Maryland where she earned her undergraduate degree in Accounting. Upon graduation, she successfully completed the Certified Public Accountant Exam. Lee Ann began her career working in the audit department of the Washington, DC office of Arthur Andersen. Several years later, her marriage brought her to Baltimore where she worked as a Regional Controller for Integrated Health Services. In 1997, she received a tremendous opportunity to be the Controller of the private equity owned, Deerfield Healthcare, which at the time was the largest private-pay Adult Day Care Company in the US. After Deerfield Healthcare was sold to Active Day, Lee Ann spent the next ten years as the Director of Finance/Accounting for the Baltimore based nonprofit, Community Health Integrated Partnership.
Seeking a new challenge, Lee Ann joined forces with Mid-Atlantic Recruiters as Director of Recruiting in 2013. It was an exciting opportunity for her to utilize her 20 plus years’ experience in accounting.

Lee Ann is married to an avid fisherman and golfer with whom she has a college-age daughter and a son who is a high school senior. She is passionate about spending time with her family and enjoying Maryland’s great outdoors. Lee Ann spends a lot of time on the lacrosse field, boating, fishing, hiking with her dogs and gardening. She loves trips to New York City, spending time with dear friends and enjoying a great meal with extended family. Her family is active in dog rescue and several times a year they open their hearts and home to foster puppies for a local bully-breed rescue organization.

Tom Davis is a graduate of York College of Pennsylvania where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Marketing. Upon graduation, Tom started his career in sales before opening his own retail business. After three years in business, Tom made the decision to transfer his background and experience into the staffing and recruitment industry.
After beginning his 20-year recruiting career in temporary staffing, Tom migrated his talents into the permanent placement recruiting for accounting and finance professionals. Prior to joining Mid-Atlantic Recruiters, Tom was responsible for starting and building the Parker + Lynch brand in the Baltimore market, where he spent five years.
Tom is married with two children and resides in Eldersburg, Maryland. He is an avid sports fan and referee’s youth basketball in his spare time. Tom is also on the advisory board for curriculum at Baltimore City Community College (BCCC).

Cathy is a Graduate of the University of Baltimore where she earned her undergraduate degree in Accounting. Professionally, Cathy’s experience includes duties performed while in the Finance departments for T. Rowe Price, Sinclair Broadcast Group, and Erickson Retirement Communities. When her first child was born, Cathy decided to be a full-time stay-at- home Mom.
After staying home with her two children for several years, Cathy decided to once again enter the work force. Putting her previous finance experience to work, she sought a new career opportunity as an Executive Recruiter with Mid-Atlantic Recruiters. Cathy enjoys using her finance and accounting knowledge to educate and assist her candidates, while helping clients identify qualified individuals to fill their staffing needs.
Cathy is married and resides in Carroll County with her daughter and son. On a personal note, Cathy enjoys spending time with her family, attending Ravens games, and watching Notre Dame Football. She also enjoys being a dance and karate Mom since her daughter is an Irish Step Dancer and her son is learning Jiu Jitsu.
